We require that all new members complete our registration form with a copy of government issued photo I.D for age verification. Kindly note that we do not accept health cards, expired passports, foreign driver’s licenses and/or foreign passports as forms of identification. Cannavitae delivers to several locations across the G.T.A.. We currently service members that reside within 25 KM from Don Mills and Eglinton, Toronto. At this time we do not offer same-day delivery to members who exceeds our 25 KM radius.

MINIMUM ORDER – DELIVERY SERVICE
The minimum order for same-day delivery is $35 within Toronto and the G.T.A. Minimum order requirement is before the delivery fee is included and after applicable discounts have been applied. If your order does not meet our minimum requirement, we will notify you to make arrangements to meet the minimum requirement.
We will not process your order until we have received confirmation to proceed. If we do not receive a response within 4 hours of our notification, then your order will be assumed cancelled.
PAYMENT OPTIONS – DELIVERY SERVICE
We require all members indicate their method of payment prior to order being processed.
We offer two methods of payment:
- Cash on delivery
- E-mail Money Transfers (EMTs)
All EMTs are to be sent to email@example.com with your order number as the password. For example Order #123456, the password should be 123456.
Kindly note that orders will not be processed until we have received a confirmation e-mail that the EMT has been sent. All orders with EMTs received after last call will be processed for priority delivery the following business day.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO ME?
We strive to have your order delivered to you between two to four hours from the time your order is processed. You will receive a message after your order has been processed with an estimated time of arrival. Please note that although we try our best to stay within a two to four hour time limit, your order may be delayed due to inclement weather, road conditions, or volume of traffic we are experiencing, please refer to our terms of service for our full disclosure.
Kindly note that due to volume of order, we are unable to make multiple same-day deliveries to members who have had orders fulfilled. For safety and security, we only deliver to residential locations. We DO NOT DELIVER to public places, abandoned locations, businesses, parks, and/or any location we are unable to verify as residential. Please note that if we are unable to verify the address you have provided, your order will not be processed until we have received an address we are able to verify. If we do not receive a response within 4 hours of our notification, your order will be assumed cancelled.
All missed and/or cancelled delivery will be subjected to a $25.00 service fee. Orders will be considered missed once your order has been dispatched for delivery and we receive no response after taking reasonable measures to contact you (two phone calls, and a text message).
We will try our best to accommodate any special requests for delivery.
We offer free shipping across Canada with Canada Post by Xpresspost – guaranteed delivery within 2-3 business days. At the moment we are only able to provide this service within Canada.
MINIMUM ORDER FOR MAIL-ORDER SERVICE
The minimum order requirement for our mail-order service is $220.00 (after promos and discounts have been applied, if applicable).

Once we have provided you with a tracking number by Canada Post and have shipped your order, we are no longer responsible for your order. You will be responsible for the .
We do not ship orders to P.O Boxes, public addresses and/or business addresses. If we are unable to confirm the address you have provided us, we will notify you to provide us with a new address we are able to confirm.
